These terms apply to consumer purchases in our online store. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law always apply.
Products and orders
Each product page provides information, pricing and instructions for use. Please read the ingredient list and follow the product labelling and instructions.
Check your products, delivery address and contact details before completing your order. Available payment methods, shipping charges and the total are displayed at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Contact us if anything is incorrect or your confirmation does not arrive.
Prices and payment
Prices stated in Swedish kronor include applicable VAT. The currency, any tax, shipping cost and order total are shown at checkout before payment. The available payment methods are displayed there.
Standard shipping is SEK 49 to all destinations we deliver to. Product orders of SEK 699 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping worldwide. Shipping charges do not count towards the threshold.
Any promotion conditions are stated with the offer. The price applicable to your purchase is shown before you complete your order.
Delivery
We usually dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Estimated transport time after dispatch is 2–5 business days within Sweden, 3–10 business days for the rest of Europe and 3–14 business days for the rest of the world. See our Shipping policy for full details.
If your order is delayed or missing, we will help. When you choose a shipping method we offer, we are responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help before it is dispatched. If it is already on its way, we will explain the next steps. Your statutory rights also apply before delivery.
Returns and complaints
We offer a 30-day return period under our Returns and refunds policy. That page also explains statutory withdrawal rights, hygiene seals, return labels, return shipping and refunds.
If a product is faulty, we assist you under applicable consumer law. The return fee for a change-of-mind purchase does not apply to a justified complaint.
